Oak Ridges Appliance Repair is a small, local team fixing home appliances across Vaughan and Aurora. We started in 2022 with a simple idea: keep the service area tight, answer the phone ourselves, and fix things properly the first time.
We took our name from the Oak Ridges Moraine — the long ridge of high ground that runs beneath York Region, the same ground under the homes we visit every day. It fit us: we're from here, we work here, and we plan to stay. When you call, you reach a neighbour, not a national call centre routing your job to whoever's cheapest that week.
Upfront pricing. You approve a written quote before any work starts, and the diagnostic fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair. No surprises added at the door.
Same-day, most days. A compact service area means short drives, so we can usually be at your door within hours — not sometime next week.
Our own technicians. Every visit is handled by our team — never a subcontractor, never a stranger dispatched from the far side of the GTA.
Backed for 90 days. Parts and labour are covered for 90 days on every repair. If the same fault comes back, so do we — at no charge.
Our technicians are fully insured and TSSA-licensed to work on gas appliances, so your home — and your manufacturer's warranty — stay protected. Every repair is documented, and that 90-day warranty is written on your invoice, not just promised over the phone.
We serve Vaughan and Aurora — and only Vaughan and Aurora. Keeping the map small is deliberate: it's how we can promise same-day visits and actually keep that promise. If your address is in either town, you're in our zone, with no travel surcharge tacked on.
