CANCELLATION POLICY
Plans change — we understand. This page explains how to cancel or reschedule an appointment with , and when a fee might apply.
To cancel or move your appointment, just give us a call. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to free up your slot for someone else and find a new time that works for you.
We ask for at least a few hours' notice before your arrival window — a quick call in the morning is plenty for a same-day booking. There's no charge to cancel or reschedule within that notice.
If you cancel after a technician is already on the way, or if no one 18 or older is home to give access at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply to cover the trip. We'll always try to reach you first before anything is charged.
If a technician has already diagnosed your appliance and you decide not to go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee applies — it covers the visit and assessment. It's waived whenever you proceed with the repair.
Some repairs need special-order parts that we pay for up front. If you cancel after we've ordered a part, the deposit or part cost may be non-refundable, since these parts often can't be returned. Where a payment is refundable, we return it by the same method you paid, once any non-refundable costs are accounted for.
Occasionally we need to move an appointment from our side — a job running long, weather, or a part that didn't arrive in time. If that happens, we'll let you know as soon as we can and rebook you at no cost, usually for the next available slot.
