TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms apply when you book or receive appliance repair services from . By booking a repair — by phone, through this website, or in person — you agree to them.
We repair household appliances — refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves and similar — in your home across Vaughan and Aurora, Ontario. We may decline work outside this area or beyond what we can safely or economically repair.
We book appointments in arrival windows rather than exact times, and we do our best to keep to them. Someone 18 or older must be home to give us access to the appliance. If we can't get access at the agreed time, a call-out or cancellation fee may apply — see our Cancellation Policy.
A diagnostic fee covers the visit and assessment of your appliance. It's waived when you approve the repair; if you choose not to proceed, the fee still applies.
We provide a quote before starting any repair, and work begins only once you approve it. Quotes are based on the fault identified at the visit. If we find additional faults once we're into the job, we'll pause and get your approval before continuing.
Payment is due on completion of the repair, by the methods we accept at the time. We fit new parts wherever possible; some are special-order and may extend the timeline or require payment or a deposit up front. Occasionally a part is discontinued or a repair isn't economical — we'll tell you if that's the case.
Completed repairs are covered by our 90-day parts-and-labour warranty. Full details are on our Warranty page.
Please give us safe, clear access to the appliance, keep pets secured, and share accurate information about the fault and the appliance. Where you can, move or protect anything valuable near the work area before we arrive.
We carry out repairs with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, faults we identified that you chose not to repair, or problems arising from continued use of an appliance we advised against running. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair.
Gas appliance work is carried out by TSSA-licensed technicians. For your safety, please don't attempt gas repairs yourself. If you ever smell gas, leave the area and contact your gas provider or emergency services first.
We may decline or stop a job where it's unsafe, where parts aren't available, or where a repair isn't in your interest — and we'll explain why. We may also update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page is always the current one.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
