WARRANTY
Every repair we carry out is backed by a 90-day warranty on both parts and labour. If a repair we made doesn't hold, we come back and put it right — no charge, no argument. Here's exactly what that covers.
The specific repair we performed and the parts we installed, for 90 days from the date on your invoice.
Return visits for the same fault at no cost — no diagnostic fee, no labour charge, no charge for the covered part.
Parts we supplied and fitted, against manufacturing defects, for the same 90-day period.
A new or unrelated fault, or a different appliance from the one we repaired.
Damage from misuse, power surges, flooding, pests, or continued use of an appliance we advised against running.
Pre-existing issues we flagged that you chose not to have repaired, and parts you supplied yourself.
Cosmetic wear and general wear-and-tear beyond the component we repaired, or any appliance since worked on by someone else.
Call us and mention it's a warranty visit — keep your invoice handy, since the 90-day period runs from its date. We'll book you in, usually the same or next day, and take another look at the original repair at no cost to you.
Our diagnostic fee is waived when you approve the repair. If you decide not to go ahead, the fee covers the visit and assessment only.
This workmanship warranty is separate from any manufacturer's warranty on your appliance. Because our work is licensed and insured, it's carried out so it won't void your existing manufacturer coverage.
This page is a plain-language summary of our repair warranty. The specific terms printed on your invoice govern in the event of any difference. Last updated: July 2026.
